Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm pump capable of easily and surely sucking and delivering fluid with a simple configuration, and capable of being stably used for a long time period.SOLUTION: In a diaphragm pump, a pump body 2 sucks fluid from a first valve 3 and delivers the fluid from a second valve 4 by operation of a diaphragm 5. The first valve 3 includes an internal space S1, an inflow port 315 provided on an inflow side of the internal space S1, a first cage 33 fixed on an outflow side of the internal space S1, and a first valve 34 moving between the inflow port 315 and the first cage 33 in the internal space S1 and having a diameter smaller than that of the first cage 33. The second valve 4 includes an internal space S2, an inflow port 424 provided on an inflow side of the internal space S2, a second cage 43 fixed on an outflow side of the internal space S2, and a second valve 43 moving between the inflow port 424 and the second cage 43 in the internal space S2 and having a diameter smaller than that of the second cage 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
