Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm pump in which only a slight amount of pumped medium is left in a pump after pumping.SOLUTION: A diaphragm pump includes at least one pump chamber. The pump chamber is connected to an inflow chamber through an inflow valve, and connected to an outflow chamber through an outflow valve. The inflow valve has an inflow opening capable of being closed by an inflow valve body, and the outflow valve has an outflow opening capable of being closed by an outflow valve body, wherein the outflow opening surrounds the inflow opening, or the inflow opening surrounds the outflow opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
