Abstract:
To provide a diaphragm pump that has high circularity of a shaft hole and is increased in abrasion resistance while adopting a configuration in which lubrication oil is supplied to a sliding portion between a drive body and a drive shaft.SOLUTION: A diaphragm pump comprises a diaphragm 7 having a deforming portion that constitutes a part of the wall of a pump chamber, a crank body 31 fixed to the rotating shaft 4 of a motor 2, and a drive shaft 32 inclined with one end thereof fixed at a decentered position of the crank body 31. The diaphragm pump includes a drive body 33 that has a shaft part 36 pierced with a shaft hole 58 in which the drive shaft 32 is rotatably fitted and which is formed of a non-through hole, and that has an arm part 37 connected to the deforming portion 11. The diaphragm pump includes a pump mechanism 26 that alternately repeats, in association with reciprocating motion of the drive body 33, a state in which a fluid is discharged from a pump chamber 12 and a state in which the fluid is sucked in the pump chamber 12. The shaft part 36 has an oil sump portion 61 opening over the whole area in the circumferential direction of the shaft hole 58.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
