Abstract:
To provide a diaphragm pump capable of attaining noise reduction while suppressing wear of a buffer material for noise reduction a little without impairing assemblability of the pump.SOLUTION: A diaphragm pump comprises a diaphragm holder 43, a diaphragm 35 including a pump part 36, a crank base 28, and a drive shaft 29 attached to the crank base 28 while being tilted. The diaphragm pump comprises a drive body 32 supported on the drive shaft 29 via a first bearing structure 31 and supported on the diaphragm holder 43 via a second bearing structure 41. The first bearing structure 31 includes a bearing member 71 to which the drive shaft 29 is fitted freely rotatably and which is coupled to the drive body 32 freely movably in an axial direction by regulating rotations with respect to the drive body 32, and a buffer material 72 interposed between the drive body 32 and the bearing member 71 in the axial direction of the drive shaft 29. The second bearing structure 41 consists of a convex curved surface and a concave curved surface provided in the diaphragm holder 43 and the drive body 32. The convex curved surface and the concave curved surface are fitted to each other in a freely slidable manner in an oscillation center of the drive body 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
