To miniaturize the whole of a pump by generating pressure for transmitting a fluid into a pressure chamber push-pressing in a referential direction and pulling in an opposite referential direction, opening/closing an intake valve part and an exhaust valve part alternately, and carrying out intake and discharging in continuity to the fluid.
A diaphragm 11 is provided with a diaphragm main body 19 for covering a pressure chamber 14 in an air tight condition, an intake valve part 20 and a discharging valve part 21 for opening/closing an intake opening part 17 and a discharging port part 18 which are provided adjacently to the diaphragm main body 19. The diaphragm 11 is fixed to a referential body 11 by a push body 13 so as to cover the pressure chamber 14 in an air tight condition, the diaphragm main body 19 is driven, it is pushed and pressed in a referential body 11 direction, and it is pulled in an opposite referential body 11 direction, and thereby, pressure for transmitting a fluid in the pressure chamber 14 is generated, the intake valve part 20 and the discharging valve part 21 are opened/closed alternately, and intake and discharge are carried out in continuity to the fluid. It is thus possible to miniaturize the whole of a pump, and it is possible to provide a pump having good portability.
