Abstract:
To solve the problem that the expansion and contraction of only a partial incompressible sealing liquid become a pressure measurement error caused when only a part of capillary tube is exposed to direct sunlight or wind depending upon the environment of a field.
In a diaphragm-sealed pressure transmitter in which a diaphragm sealing pressure detecting section and a main-body pressure detecting section are coupled with each other through an incompressible sealing liquid contained in a capillary tube, a heat pipe which transports heat is disposed along the capillary tube.
