Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm for a speaker device which has a high Young's modulus, a high internal loss, and prolonged lifetime, and a manufacturing method of the diaphragm for the speaker device.SOLUTION: A first binder is provided over a first layer L1 and a second layer L2 and a second binder is spread over a third layer L3 and the second layer L2, such that the first layer L1 and the second layer L2 are surely fixed and that the second layer L2 and the third layer L3 can be surely fixed. Further, Young's moduli of the first layer L1 and the third layer L3 are improved, such that an internal loss is enlarged by using any suitable second fiber for the second layer L2. A Young's modulus of an entire diaphragm 1 for a speaker device is improved and the internal loss can be enlarged.
