Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a diaphragm for speaker use capable of displaying superior water-proof performance as the diaphragm for a speaker used in every kind of audio equipment.
CONSTITUTION: Rubber latex 4 of natural rubber is fixed on paper pulp 3 on a stage of a raw material before the making of a paper pulp diaphragm is performed, and the row material is molded by paper making. Thereby, it is possible to obtain effective water-proof performance without increasing the weight of the diaphragm 1 for a speaker and also without increasing the number of manufacturing processes.
