Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the assembly and the disassembly of nozzle blades easy by forming the connecting portions between the nozzle blades and a diaphragm main body into dovetail form so that every nozzle blade is inserted into the diaphragm main body successively so as to assemble them by means of engaging both dovetails with each other. CONSTITUTION:Saddle portions 7 are formed integrally on both upper and lower end portions of nozzle blades 2 attached to the diaphragm body 1 of a steam turbine. Dovetails 3 which can be engaged with each other are formed by machining on this every saddle portion 7 and the nozzle blade setting portions of the diaphragm body 1. They are assembled engaging the dovetails 3 with each other so as to insert the nozzle blades 2 into the diaphragm body 1. After assembling these nozzle blades 2, the nozzle blades 2 are fixed not to be released from diaphragm body 1 by means of screwing down supporting keys 8 by the bolts 9.
