A passage 32a continuing with a constant pressure fuel chamber 25 and a valve chest 35 for housing a check valve 34 are coaxially formed in a bistarter body 33, and a passage member 38a projecting from a pump body 40 is fitted to and inserted into the valve chest 35. A passage 31 opening in a heat insulating pipe 63 and a cylindrical part 31b are coaxially formed in the bistarter body 32, an air intake port 37 is arranged in a cylindrical part 31b, and 39 projecting from the pump body 40 is fitted and inserted. A check valve 36 is provided for checking a flow of air to the valve chest 35 from a passage 31a. A dropping pipet 44 is joined to an end wall of the pump body 40, a pump chamber 43 is partitioned, and the pump chamber 43 is provided with a suction valve for opening and closing an end part of the passage member 38a and a delivery valve for opening and closing an end part of the passage continuing with a fuel tank.
