Abstract:
To provide a diaphragm-type compressor which is small in a size, and can effectively compress and send out fluid.SOLUTION: In a diaphragm-type compressor 1 comprising two structures 12 each having a pressing part 22, a diaphragm 11, and a baseboard 13 partially separated from and partially joined to the diaphragm 11 in a lamination direction in which the diaphragm 11 and the baseboard 13 overlap each other, in each of the two structures 12, the pressing part 22 is disposed at a side opposite to the baseboard 13 of the diaphragm 11, a separation portion between the diaphragm 11 and the baseboard 13 is a part of a flow passage in which fluid flows, flow passages of the two structures 12 are arranged in series, the pressing parts 22 of the two structures 12 overlap each other when viewed from the lamination direction, and a buffer chamber 15 for accommodating the fluid is placed between the flow passages of the two structures 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
