Abstract:
To provide a diaphragm type compressor that can suppress rise in temperature of an actuator.SOLUTION: A diaphragm type compressor 1 includes: a substrate 4; an actuator 2; a diaphragm 3 provided between the substrate 4 and the actuator 2 to partition between the substrate 4 and a compression chamber 6; and a frame 5 in which the diaphragm 3, the actuator 2 and the substrate 4 are incorporated. The frame 5 has an inflow port 9 for fluid on a side of the actuator 2 as compared to the substrate 4 with reference to a position of the diaphragm 3. The substrate 4 has a suction port 17 for sucking the fluid into the compression chamber 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
