Abstract:
To improve fatigue strength against stress generated when a diaphragm is drawn in a radial direction in a diaphragm type compressor.
The diaphragm type compressor includes: a first member having a recess; a second member having a recess; and a metal diaphragm having an absorption part formed so as to absorb movement in a horizontal direction at a predetermined distance from an outer edge. The recess of the first member and the recess of the second member are connected in an opposite state while sandwiching the diaphragm. A pump chamber is formed of the recess of the first member and the diaphragm and a pressure chamber is formed of the recess of the second member and the diaphragm, respectively.
