Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reversal phenomenon of the circumferential part of a diaphragm from generating so as to enable the durability to be improved by always holding the pressure of a space part in which a compression work is not operated lower than the pressure in a suction/compression chamber in which suction/compression are operated. SOLUTION: Suction air is led into a suction port 33. When a drive shaft 72 is rotated, a diaphragm 5 is moved up and down by the movement of a cam part 73, suction air opens alternately check valves 22, 23, and hence compressed gas in a suction/compression chamber 12 is discharged from a discharge port 32, Meanwhile, air in a space part 11 formed by a middle housing 1 and the diaphragm 5, is raised in pressure by the downward movement of the diaphragm 5, and hence the air passes through communicating holes 13, opens air release valves 14, and discharges outward. Hereby, the interior of the space part 11 is always held at negative pressure. By pressure difference generating at moving the diaphragm 5 up and down, a deflection part 5a can be always deflected in the same direction without turning over, and it contributes to improvement of durability of the diaphragm 5.
