PURPOSE: To continuously and effectively manufacture stable diaphragm type parts from which no fluid leaks, and also to improve its life.

CONSTITUTION: Diaphragm type parts are formed by combining a diaphragm member 1 in which a hole is formed in its approximate center with a metallic pipe member 2 to allow flow of fluid through the hole. In the diaphragm type parts and the manufacture thereof, the metallic pipe member 2 is fixed on one surface around the hole of the diaphragm member 1, and an annular metal plate 5 is fixed on others surface around the hole of the diaphragm 1, or the diaphragm member 1 is sandwiched between the metallic pipe member 2 and the annular metal plate 5 on the outside of the respective fixed parts.
