The flange is formed with a disk-shped protrusion, the protrusion comprises an upper protrusion protruding upwardly and a lower protrusion protruding downwardly from a position corresponding to the upper protrusion, and in the upper protrusion, an inside upper protrusion and an outside upper protrusion lower than the inside upper protrusion in protrusion height are continuously formed stepwise.
