Abstract:
To provide a diaphragm valve which is easy in maintenance by detachably providing a diaphragm valve body and a valve seat, is easy to manufacture and opened and closed while surely preventing leakage at valve-closing, and sufficiently exerts functionality while suppressing an influence on a valve function at the attachment of the diaphragm valve body and the valve seat to the minimum.SOLUTION: A diaphragm unit 2 having a diaphragm valve body 21 and a valve seat member 22 to/from which the diaphragm valve body 21 approaches and separates is arranged in a body 1 so as to be detachable. The diaphragm unit 2 has a substantially-annular holding member 20, the valve seat member 22 is fixed at a substantially center position of the holding member 20, and a peripheral edge of the diaphragm valve body 21 is held to an upper part of the holding member 20 by the plastic deformation of either or both of the diaphragm valve body 21 and the holding member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
