Abstract:
To provide a diaphragm valve capable of reducing the height.SOLUTION: In a diaphragm valve 1, an actuator 6 opens and closes a barrier 3 by driving a stem 5 in a longitudinal direction Y. The actuator 6 includes a piston 62, and a casing 61. The piston 62 is fixed to the stem 5. The casing 61 includes a space S in which the piston 62 can be moved, and a first supply port 61a and a second supply port 61b through which air can be supplied to the space S. The piston 62 has a recession 91 or a recession 92. At least one end 101a/102a of a coil spring 101 for energizing the piston 62 to an opening direction Y1 for driving the barrier 3 so as to open a flow passage 23 and a coil spring 102 for energizing the piston 62 to a closing direction Y2 for driving the barrier 3 so as to close the flow passage 23 can be inserted into the recession 91 or the recession 92.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
