NEW MATERIAL:A dibenzo[b,f][1,5]oxazocine derivative shown by the formula I (R1 and R2 are H, lower halogen, lower alkyl, trihalomethyl, lower alkoxy, or lower acryl; R3 is H, or lower alkyl, and R3 is H, or lower alkyl, and R3 and R4 may be linked to form 5W7-membered heterocyclic ring; A is lower alkyl; m and n are 1W4) or its acid addition salt.
EXAMPLE: 12-(2-Dimethylaminoethyl)-5H-dibenzo[b,f][1,5]oxazocine-11(12H)one.
USE: A psychopharmaceutical, especially antidepressant, and analgesic.
PREPARATION: For example, a novel compound shown by the formula II is reacted with an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal alkyl derivative to give a compound shown by the formula III, which is reacted with an aminoalkyl halide, to give the desired compound shown by the formula I .
