PURPOSE: To provide a dicing saw and a dicing blade, constructed to hardly cause damage to a cutter and a material, which allow a material to be cut at a high speed while keeping the cut plane of the material good.

CONSTITUTION: An approximately circular shape dicing blade 13 which has a cutter at the outer peripheral edge is held between a rotary spindle 12 and a holder 14. A dicing saw 11 has the dicing blade 13 provided with a plural grooves 18 extended from the center to the outer peripheral edge and the holder 14 mounted with a cutting water supply cylinder 16 to allow cutting water to be supplied to the center of the dicing blade 13.
