Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dicing sheet, excellent in expanding adequacy even when the expanding amount is large and capable of suppressing occurrence of adhesive residue.SOLUTION: The dicing sheet includes: a substrate; and an adhesive layer provided on one surface thereof as a constituting layer. The substrate includes a film composed of a vinyl-chloride resin. The adhesive layer contains an energy line curable polymer having an energy line polymerizable group at a main chain or a side chain. Tensile elasticity E of the adhesive layer after energy line curing at 23°C is 100 MPa or lower.
