CONSTITUTION: The title die is constituted of the upper die and the lower die of a series of structures provided with a punch 1 which is fixed to a punch holder, and a stripper 1D operated by a spring 4D between the outside periphery of the punch 1 and the holder 2. In such a state, as for the lower die, a holding and receiving part 12 having a recessed part 12B for going into a projecting part 4F which is formed in the upper die is fitted to a cylindrical hole part 4B provided on the center part of the upper face of the die 1 which is fixed to the die holder, and an aluminum foil (c) is brought to blanking by using a press die which is constituted of the lower die of a series of structures in which the upper part of a V-shape of the holding and receiving part 12 is installed by providing a suitable step difference from the upper face of the die 1.
