To provide a die for bending apparatuses which is applicable to a bending apparatus such as a press brake and with which an acute angle bending work and collapsing work of a large and long metal plate can be performed with the same pressurizing force even when the fastening force of an upper die mounting clamp is not strong.
The die of this invention is composed of an upper die and a lower die, the upper die is provided with an ironing male die, a collapsing die and an upper cam and the lower die is provided with an ironing die and a lower collapsing die, a lower cam and an injector. The ironing male die has a tip part of an acute angle of 90, the upper cam and the lower cam are constituted into a pair of cam mechanisms for converting the pressurizing force which acts in the vertical direction into a force which acts in the horizontal direction. The ironing die is provided with an integral structure or a combined structure and mounted to the lower die movably in the horizontal direction and the injector is mounted to the lower die movably in the vertical direction while abutting the side face of the injector on the end part of the upside of the lower collapsing die in a position adjacent to the lower collapsing die.
