PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively produce cast products improved in quality by preventing the entry of molten metal into a casting sleeve spurred by the residual pressure of gas and by eliminating the variation of the molten metal supplying quantity.
SOLUTION: The die-cast casting machine is provided with the casting sleeve 5 communicating with a mold cavity C, a molten metal teeming furnace 71 having a stoke 8 communicating with the casting sleeve 5 fixed therein, a molten metal receiving furnace 73 communicating with the molten metal teeming furnace at the bottom thereof, a plunger 6 sliding in the casting sleeve to teem the molten metal M fed into the casting sleeve into the mold cavity C, and a gas supply/discharge device 12. The molten metal teeming furnace 71 is provided with an inlet 76 for pressurized gas to be supplied from the gas supply/ discharge device 12 and a detecting rod for detecting the bottom end position of the molten metal level to be lowered by one teeming of the molten metal into the mold cavity. The molten metal receiving furnace is provided with a detecting rod for detecting the upper end position of the molten metal level to be raised by an additional supply of the molten metal equivalent to one teeming amount of the molten metal into the mold cavity and a closing cap capable of shutting off the moving of the molten metal.
