Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable exhaust of the air in a cavity at the same time of injecting molten metal in a cavity.
CONSTITUTION: In a die casting apparatus 1 for injecting the molten metal into the cavity 4 by connecting an injecting cylinder 6 and a hydraulic pump 15 with a hydraulic piping 18 and slidingly moving a plunger 7, a gas exhaust device 20 having a hydraulic chamber 21 and an air chamber 22 is arranged, and by connecting this hydraulic chamber 21 with hydraulic piping 18, the chamber 21 is synchronously worked with the plunger 7. Further, air piping 11 is connected with the air chamber 22 and communicated with the cavity 4, and a first piston 23 in the hydraulic pressure 21 and a second piston 24 in the air chamber 22 are connected with the same piston rod 25.
