Abstract:
To provide a die casting machine discriminating the temperature of a molten metal poured into an injection sleeve and performing the product discrimination of a die casting machine.SOLUTION: A die casting machine 1 comprises: a ladle 4 pumping up a molten metal from a melting furnace; a cylindrical injection sleeve 7 pouring the pumped-up molten metal; an injection plunger 8 advancing and retreating inside the injection sleeve 7; advancing/retreating driving means 9 of the injection plunger 8; and control means 50 of the advancing/retreating driving means 9. The die casting machine further comprises temperature range discrimination means 51 discriminating whether molten metal temperature of the molten metal poured per shot falls within a proper range or not, and causes information of instructing that the product at the shot has a risk of a defective, to be outputted from the control means 50 in the case the discriminated molten metal temperature does not fall within the proper range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
