Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make casting pressure higher, to reduce loss of the casting pressure, to reduce the entrapment of the air into a casting product as less as possible and to generally improve the high pressure casting and casting cycle as much as possible.
CONSTITUTION: After closing a check valve 26 for preventing back flow to a holding furnace 4 in the condition of filling molten metal 27 to a part near the tip position in a nozzle part 23, by quickly pouring the high pressure gas into a pressurizing chamber 3, the inner part in the pressurizing chamber is quickly pressurized to the high pressure, and by applying push-down pressure to molten metal 27 surface in the pressurizing chamber, the molten metal is quickly filled up into a cavity 13 in a clamped die from the nozzle part.
