Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die-casting die capable of suppressing a stress concentration to a step-shaped reentrant part.SOLUTION: A die-casting die (10) comprises an insert (22), and the insert (22) comprises a side wall part (22c) protruding from a first step (22a) and continuing to a second stage (22b). The insert (22) comprises a first split insert (23) and a second split insert (24) that are split at a parting plane (22e). The parting plane (22e) comprises a first parting plane (22g) that extends along a substantially flat plane of the first stage (22a) from an intersection part (22f) where the first stage (22a) and the side wall part (22c) intersect, and a second parting plane (22h) that intersects with the first parting plane (22g). A reentrant part (23a, 24a) where the first parting plane (22g) and the second parting plane (22h) intersect has a gap between the first split insert (23) and the second split insert (24).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
