A die unit is provided with a fixed die 224, a movable die 226 and a slide core 250 arranged so as to be relatively rotatable to the fixed die 224 and be relatively shiftable in the axial direction. Under the close-contact state of the fixed die 224 with the movable die 226 at parting surfaces 230, 232, the slide core 250 is positioned in the inner space formed with cavity surfaces 240, 242, and the cavity 236 corresponding to the shape of the cast product 220, is formed. The inner peripheral surface of the cast product 220 is formed with the outer peripheral surface of the slide core 250. Molten metal is poured into the cavity 236, and after solidifying the molten metal to form the cast product 220, the slide core 250 is separated while rotating to the cast product 220 (arrow mark A). Straight inner peripheral surfaces 130, 132, 134 needed to form the cylindrical surfaces having uniform diameters in the cast product 220 can be formed, and the machining of the inner peripheral surface in the cast product 220 can be reduced or can be eliminated.
