Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a die in which no burrs are generated in the case of casting a formed article having an undercut part by omitting a process to remove the burrs.
SOLUTION: This die for die casting is provided with a core 5 composed of an annular body and in which a cavity surface 5c (a first inner circumferential surface) to form the outer circumferential surface 50c of a helical gear 50 is formed and an interlocking cam 12 and a pin 13 which are connected to an extruding pin 11 through an extruding plate 8, converts extruding force by a driving means 16 into rotational force in the rotating direction to which the extruding force acts and transmits the rotational force to the core 5. The resultant of the extruding force and the rotational force is applied to a helical groove formed on the outer circumferential surface 50c of the helical gear 50 and the helical gear 50 can be pulled out of the core 5 by the resultant.
