Abstract:
To provide a die coater allowing paste to flow through circle piping without stagnating the paste, making the temperature of the paste constant and supplying the paste at a place nearest to a slot die.
The supply of the paste to the slot die is performed by the branching from the circle piping through a paste pressure feed mechanism such as a pump, a syringe or the like, and the branching is performed at the part being in contact with the slot die.
