A die device 110 includes a fixed die 111 and a movable die 112. The fixed die 111 forms a motor mounting side surface 72, while the movable die 112 forms a speed reduction unit mounting surface 73 and a protruding part 42. A second insert die 116 forms a lower half portion of the protruding part 42 while a third insert die 117 forms an upper half portion of the protruding part 42. A linear body part is formed with the fixed die, a movable die body, the second insert die, and the third insert die. A protruding part that protrudes from one end of the body part at right angle is formed with the second insert die and the third insert die. Thus, an L-like structure can be easily casted with the fixed die, the movable die body, the second insert die, and the third insert die.
