Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce friction resistance occurring when a base stock passes through a land, and to prevent the shear drop by a die of the land and the slip scratch of a product by forming a recessed part near a center in the axial direction of the inner periphery of the land, and filling lubricant in the recessed part.

CONSTITUTION: By putting a base stock 51 into the diemilling space 14 of a lower die 13, making the punch of an upper die intrude into the diemilling space 14, and making the base stock 51 pass through a land 16 filling lubricant 18 in an annular recessed part 17 formed on an inner periphery, pressing the base stock 51 from an upside, a forming part 52a with a prescribed shape is formed at the tip part of the base stock 51. After the completion of a forming, the upper die is retracted upward, and also a knock-out pin 20 is moved upward, and a molded part 52 is taken out from the diemilling space 14. When the base stock 51 is passed through the land 16, friction resistance is reduced by the lubricant 18 filled in the recessed part 17. Thus, the shear drop by a die of the land is suppressed, durability is improved, and also a slip scratch to the land 16 can be prevented in the molded part.
