Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress the deviation of a bridge leg during extrusion, to stably retain a core and to extrude a hollow material with a high dimensional precision without uneven thickness and the like.
CONSTITUTION: A male die 2 is dividedly structured with a core 10 integrally having bridge legs 11... and with a male die ring 12. The bridge legs 11 are projecting outward in the radial direction while in the inclined state forward in the extruding direction. In addition, each of these bridge legs 11 is fastened from outside through the tapered engagement with the male die ring 12.
