PURPOSE: To improve quality and precision of products by setting an approach angle from the main-stay of a projecting part to each unit projecting part for molding within a specified angle range on a male die having projecting parts for molding.
CONSTITUTION: The molding projecting part 4 is formed with plural molding unit projecting parts 6 and inclined introducing grooves 7 which introduce molding material between said parts. As this time, the inclination angle θ of the approach face introducing the molding material from the mainstay part 4a of the projecting part 4 to each unit projecting part 6 are regulated within the angle range of 75W90°. By this method, the amount of inflowing molding material between the opening part 9 of the female die 2 and the bearing part of the male die 1 and the clearance of neighboring bearings are equalized. Therefore, the external peripheral wall dividing walls are formed in accordance with the design values, the quality and accuracy of the product are improved.
