Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an opening part in a direction orthogonal to the extruding direction on a formed body at the time of extruding and, thus, to enable freely extruding members having complicated shape.
SOLUTION: This extruding device is provided with a 1st die 11 and 2nd die 12 which are arranged laminatedly in the extruding direction of the formed material. On the 1st die 11, a 1st extruding hole 13 for forming the solid part of the formed body and 2nd extruding holes 14 of plural lines which are branched from the end part of this 1st extruding hole and with which peripheral wall parts between which the opening part of the formed body is held is formed are pierced. Also, on the 2nd die 12, a communicative extruding hole 15 having a length dimension which extended to 2nd extruding holes 14 of plural lines is pierced. And, the 1st die 11 and 2nd die 12 are provided relatively freely movably back and forth in the direction from the 1st extruding hole 13 toward the 2nd extruding holes 14 so that the extruding holes of the formed body are formed by communicating the communicative extruding hole 15 with the 1st extruding hole 13 or the 2nd extruding holes 14 each other.
