Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled die that can be manufactured relatively easily and can be used easily for drawing of fine material by specifying total angle of the die, length of die angle part of one step and length of die bearing part.
CONSTITUTION: A relatively long die angle part 7 is provided adjoining to the entrance 1 of the die and this angle part is directly connected to a die bearing part 4. The die bearing part 4 is connected to a relief part 5. The total angle Ψ of the die is regulated to 3W15°, length of angle part 7 to ≥13mm and length of bearing part to ≥50% of diameter of the die.
