Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a die head structure of a blow-molding machine which can securely cut off a parison, and can downsize equipment.SOLUTION: In a die head structure that extrudes a parison 8 of a blow-molding apparatus which molds a blow molded article, a die head 30 has a die 10 and a die core 20 attached inside the die 10, and forms a parison flow channel 31 which is formed between the die core 20 and the die 10 and communicates in vertical directions. At least two flow-dividing pieces 14 are attached to the die 10 near an outlet of the parison flow channel 31. A flow-dividing piece housing recess part 23 which houses side end portions of the flow-dividing pieces 14 is formed to the die core 20 near the outlet of the parison flow channel 31, and the parison 8 flowing down through the parison flow channel 31 is divide by the flow-dividing pieces 14 near the outlet of the parison flow channel 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
