The die head unit U has: a coating liquid inflow port 10 where coating liquid is made to flow in; a manifold plate 1 for which a manifold part 6 is formed from the coating liquid inflow port 10; and a flat plate 2 which has a slit part 7 which is formed to extrude the coating liquid between the manifold plate 1, and covers the manifold part 6. The die head unit U further includes a base plate 3 for supporting the manifold plate 1 and the flat plate 2 on a surface different from the opening 7a of the slit part 7 where the coating liquid is extruded, and a rotary shaft 13 capable of rotating the flat plate 2 on the surface of the base plate 3.
