To obtain an inexpensive die locking device capable of safely taking out formed products even in a pin gate type die using a stripper plate without damaging the die locking device, also using as the die locking device for an interlocking mechanism as well, easily manufacturing because of simple structure and simply fabricating.

The die locking device is composed of a cylindrical lock pin 15 provided a locking part using a suitably restorable elastic body such as a synthetic resin, a rubber or the like to one opposing surface of either a moving side die plate 10 or a fixed side die plate 5 of the pin gate type die and an under part which fixes the lock pin 15 with a connecting member, inserts the lock pin 15 into the other side opposing surface and locks with the locking part.
