To manufacture a deep blind vessel with dies, which are set on one press device, without exchanging the dies.
The blind vessel is manufactured by: (a) a stage where an annular groove is formed by lowering auxiliary punch 22 on the outermost side; (b) a stage where an annular groove is formed by lowering the first auxiliary punch on the inside after returning the auxiliary punch lowered in the preceding stage and, hereafter, the similar lowering and returning are repeated to the auxiliary punch inside one by one; (c) a stage where drawing is performed in a range where a vertical wall formed on the outer peripheral side of a forming die is not disappeared after returning the auxiliary punch; and (d) when a metal base stock is left on the outside of the forming die, hereafter, the stages of (b)-(c) are repeated and, by performing the drawing with a forming punch and the forming die to all metal base stock.
