To manufacture a golf ball of high quality, with dimple design changed differently using one mold and with a superior symmetry and flying performance imparted, at a low cost and with high cost performance.
In the golf ball molding die having a spherical cavity formed inside by separably joining bisected split dies to each other and which is provided with multiple projections 3 for forming dimples on the surface 2 of the cavity, a part of these projections 3 are constituted of dimple forming pins 4 whose tip end face is nearly identically shaped to these projections, and also the dimple forming pins 4 are provided movably in the direction forward or backward along the axial line of the pin as well as adjustably in the quantity projecting into the cavity.
