PURPOSE: To obtain a die that can die sink two picture line patterns of different picture line widths by providing specific U-groove setting dies and V-groove setting dies in a specific state on one piece of a steel base plate.
CONSTITUTION: U-groove forming dies 1 of flat tips and height h1, V-groove forming dies 2 of sharp angled tips and height h2 and V-shape cutting dies 3 of sharp angled tips and height h1 are formed in the state of h1>h2 as one piece of die 4 on a steel base plate, which is mounted to the bottom surface of a male die 5b of a press machine. Picture line patterns are engraved on the die 5a via a back plate 6, a sheet 7 to be blanked is placed thereon, the picture line patterns are die sunk by the dies 1, 2 by descending of the male die in an arrow direction, and the sheet is cut by the dies 3.
