Abstract:
To provide a die plate, a granulator, and a method for manufacturing pellets capable of uniformly heating a resin material with a simple configuration of an apparatus.SOLUTION: A die plate according to the present invention has: a main body 30 provided with a flow-in surface 29 to which a resin material flows in, a discharge surface 25 positioning on the back side of the flow-in surface 29 and from which the resin material is discharged, and a side surface 26 positioning between the flow-in surface 29 and the discharge surface 25; a plurality of first nozzle holes 21a penetrating the main body 30 between the flow-in surface 29 and the discharge surface 25, and for discharging the resin material; and a first heater 23a extending from the side surface 26 to the inside of the main body 30. Openings in the discharge surface 25 of the plurality of first nozzle holes 21a form a first nozzle hole row 211a. Each of the plurality of first nozzle holes 21a is at a position with an equal distance from the first heater 23a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
