Abstract:
To provide a die plate capable of improving productivity of rubber extrusion molding, and a rubber extruder including the die plate.SOLUTION: An objective die plate includes a plate body 6 having a first face 6a faced to a rubber extruder 2 side, and a second face 6b of a side opposite thereto. The plate body 6 has: an inflow port 6c having an opening at a side of the first face 6a for receiving a rubber G from the extruder 2; a discharge port 6d having the opening at the side of the second face 6b for discharging the rubber G in a finished sectional shape; and a rubber flow channel 7 which is a space communicating the inflow port 6c with the discharge port 6d. The inflow port 6c is a long opening long in a first axial direction a and short in a second axial direction orthogonal to the first direction a. The rubber flow channel 7 includes a flow channel reduction part 7a in which the length in the second axial direction b reduces toward the discharge port 6d side from the inflow port 6c in the cross section orthogonal to the first axial direction a. The flow channel reduction part 7a is formed over the whole range in the first axial direction a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
