Abstract:
To provide a mold press device and a mold press method capable of accurately estimating an abrasion amount on a rotation part in a press device and displaying an estimated value of an over-all aperture on a display part.SOLUTION: A mold press device includes: a sensor 24 which detects loads F applied to a metal 301 before crank, a metal 302 after crank and a connecting-rod metal 303; a rotary encoder 25 which detects a rotation number N of a crank shaft 8; a controller 14 which estimates an accumulation value Wt of estimated abrasion amounts of the metal 301 before crank, the metal 302 after crank and the connecting-rod metal 303 based on a load F detected by the sensor 24 and a rotation number N detected by the rotary encoder 25 and estimates an over-all aperture on a rotation part based on the accumulation value Wt of the estimated abrasion amount; and a display part 16 which displays data of the estimated over-all aperture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
