An upper die 11 and a lower die 12 have projecting parts 11a, 12a mutually passed each other at the time of approaching, respectively and the mutually faced surfaces 11c, 12c of these projecting parts are formed to the projecting curving surfaces mutually toward the other part. A work is interposed into between the upper die 11 and the lower die 12, and after forming to a part of the work with the press, the work is shifted by a little along the outer shaped line of a formed product. At the same time, the upper and the lower dies are rotated and the press forming is executed to the formed product having a prescribed shape by repeating the forming works at the plural times.
