The female die 1 has a slightly smaller outer shape than a product shape and is formed with holes bored in a prescribed pattern on its plate face, such as a rectangular hole 2, a circular hole 3, an elliptical hole 4, a slit 5 or the like, for punching a product. The male die 10 is fixedly disposed with elastic protrusion bodies 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 of a soft urethane in a position where the inside edge of the male die 10 coincides with the outside edge of the female die 1 and in positions coinciding with positions of the rectangular hole 2, the circular hole 3, the elliptical hole 4, the slit 5 or the like bored in the plate face of the female die 1.
