Title:
DIE FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY PUNCHING TWO SURFACES INTO DIFFERENT SHAPES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1110245
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut off the lengthwise part and the breadthwise part in an angle steel to the different shape with one process by integrally providing two kinds of a vertical edge punched out to the horizontal direction and a horizontal edge punched out downward, composing of the different shape in each edge and continuously acting from the edge punched out to horizontal direction to the edge punched out downward with the one process. SOLUTION: The upper surface of a die 1 is formed as inclined L-shape so that the angle steel 7 shown by a broken line exactly lays on the die. A punch 2 is vertically moved as the arrrow mark and the vertical upper edge 3 is bit to the vertical lower edge 5 and the horizontal upper edge 4 is bit to the horizontal lower edge 6 to cut off the angle steel 7. At the time of advancing the punch 2 downward, the vertical upper edge 3 is brought into contact with the head of the lengthwise part of the angle steel 7, and at the time of further advancing the punch, this lengthwise part thereof is cut off while pushing out to the left side direction, and at the time of lowering the tip part of the vertical upper edge 3 to the position abutting on the breadth wise part of the angle steel 7, the lengthwise part of the angle steel 7 is cut off from the tip part side thereof, too. Then, at the time of further advancing the punch, the horizontal upper edge 4 is brought into contact with the breadthwise part of the angle steel 7 and punched out downward.
