PURPOSE: To obtain the twist extruded product of high accuracy by using a 1st die and 2nd die, adding the approximately same cross-sectional shape and twist angle as the extruding hole of the half body of the 1st die to the half body of the 2nd die and providing the hole for introducing material to be extruded with a larger diameter than that of the extruding hole set.
CONSTITUTION: The metal flow of material to be extruded which is extruded as the twist material through the dies from a container is preliminarily added with directionality in the twisting direction by passing through the hole 21 for introducing material to be extruded of the 2nd die 2 and also made into the material with the rough shape the diameter of which is slightly larger than that of the final shape. The introducing hole 21 of the half body 2 of the 2nd die with a slightly larger diameter than that of the extruding hole 13 of the half body 1 of the 1st die set is provided. Even if the material to be extruded to which the rough shape is added in the half body 2 of the 2nd die has underfill parts on its surrounding surface, this material to be extruded is exactly traced along the bearing part 13a of the half body 1 of the 1st die. In this way, finally the twist extruded product of high accuracy can be offered without almost under fill and dimensional deviation and with dimension as designed.
